Requirements for a Gestational Carrier
- U.S. citizenship or green card
- Between the ages of 21 and 35
- BMI of no more than 32
- Have a history of healthy pregnancies and good health
- Delivery history: 1 - 4 (no more than two c-sections)
- No illegal drugs, smoking, or excessive alcohol
- No criminal history
