Become/Find A Gestational Carrier

It is an amazing, wonderful process that makes parenthood possible for families. Labryo Fertility Center will be right beside you during this empowering process.


Requirements for a Gestational Carrier
  • U.S. citizenship or green card
  • Between the ages of 21 and 35
  • BMI of no more than 32
  • Have a history of healthy pregnancies and good health
  • Delivery history: 1 - 4 (no more than two c-sections)
  • No illegal drugs, smoking, or excessive alcohol
  • No criminal history
Process for a Gestational Carrier

1. Making the commitment
2. Choose your gestational surrogacy attorney & agency
3. Qualify for surrogacy screenings (mental, physical, emotional, etc)
4. Sign a gestational surrogacy contract
5. Match with intended parents
6. Start the medical gestational surrogacy process
7. Confirm pregnancy
8. Birth
9. Sign parental rights after birth
